Employees were pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating!

Stayed in cheap double room with a comfort bed, the back garden, as for instance. Had very central location in the city centre.

This hotel is clean and pleasant, with a single room that offers delicious continental breakfast and all the basic facilities you need, plus the food is outstanding and fabulous.

The hotel was perfect, and fairly clean, and the location was particularly good and perfect in The district of Geidorf adjacent to a Lovely Park near Karl Franzens Universitaet. Location: the venue was near the back garden, which iwas lovely during the day, the city centre, and the restored downtown area. Went to Humboldtkeller for drink or two, set at a moderate distance from the hotel...

The accommodation is not a jewel, but clean and functional. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. There is an own parking place in a nearby street only a few meters away. Breakfast is not a big choice but there is everything you need in the morning. Absolutely recommended for a night or a short stay.

The amount of space available in the wash basin is extremely small. It is almost impossible to brush your teeth above the mini washbasin. No problem for one night.

Friendly staff working here. the rooms are nice and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and a lovely back garden. They serve a tasty continental breakfast too! Overall, the food selection is top-notch! 🌟

I stayed at Hotel Alter Telegraf for three nights during a family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a nice variety and the restaurant below served a lovely dinner. I also enjoyed the hotel's unique atmosphere, especially the small inner garden.

Very good location; Parking lot somewhat hidden but still available; Late in the evening a flashlight is recommended there as unlit, convenient single room on the street with the window closed, it was ok to sleep.

Quaint hotel with Faulty Towers feel. Beautiful staff, comfy bed, good breaky. Excellent location, short walk to Schlossberg.

Very good breakfast, also the food in the restaurant was very tasty. Room was in very quiet location in the courtyard with private entrance. Central location of the hotel, staff was always very nice, helpful and friendly. I have felt very comfortable over the days there.

The somewhat outdated toilet basin in the bathroom, could be considered with a new model.

I always stay here. It's perfect. Staff once helped with serving my elderly parents. Wi-Fi, Bar, Restaurant, Welcome drink, Snack bar, Coffee shop. Coming back for xmas.

The staff were very nice and were ready to provide anything we wanted.
